힐송 Hillsong 찬양 CCM 추천 / 힐송 한국어 버전까지

교회를 다녀봤다 하는 사람이라면 누구나

힐송 찬양 한번쯤은 들어봤을 것이다.

 

주님은 아시네(King of Majesty)

 

 

약한 나로 강하게(What the Lord has done in me)

 

 

오직 예수 - 주 발 앞에 나 엎드려 (One Way)

 

 

주품에(Still)

 

 

이 세상의 부요함 보다(Better than life)

 

등등...

 

교회에 꼭 비치되어있는 불법(?) CCM 책들을 들춰보면

상단에 Hillsong Worship 혹은 Reuben Morgan 이나 Marty Sampson 등

힐송의 작곡가들의 이름이 적힌 찬양들이 꽤 되는데

 

 

교회 다니면서, 특히 중고등부와 청년부를 거치는 시간동안

힐송 찬양을 안 들어보기가 오히려 쉽지 않을 정도로

어노인팅, 제이어스, 예수전도단, 마커스, 뉴제너레이션워십 등등

국내의 여러 찬양팀에서 번역하기도 하고 찬양예배 때 많이 불렀다보니

영어로 듣고 있는데 이상하게도(?) 한국어로 따라부를 수 있는 찬양들이 꽤 많은 힐송이다.

그래서 이번 포스팅에서는 최근에 자주 듣고 있는

아직 국내에 번안이 안 되었거나 되었어도 잘 모르는 힐송의 찬양을 소개해볼까 한다.

전세계적으로 워낙 유명한 찬양이지만

의외로 국내에서 커버한 영상은 생각보다 많이는 못 본 것 같다.

마지막으로 소개하는 찬양은 Who You Say I Am 이라는 찬양이다.

이 찬양은 특유의 긍정적인 멜로디도 인상적이지만

하고 자신있게 고백하는 가사가 너무너무 좋다.

 

한국어 번안에서 이 부분이 살려지지 않은 건 좀 아쉽지만 ㅠ

덕분에 여러 찬양팀에 대해 알아갈 수 있는 기회가 되는 것 같다.

힐송 검색을 하다가 최근 힐송의 대표 목사와 관련된 논란으로

힐송 교회가 큰 위기에 처했다는 기사들을 읽게 되었는데

마치.... 라이즈업 코리아 / 비틴즈의 모습을 보는 것 같아 안타까웠다.

잘라낼 건 잘라내고

도려낼 건 도려내서

잘 해결되길 바랄 뿐....

또 힐송을 검색하다가 힐송을 비롯해 현재의 컨템포러리 찬양 자체를 비판하는 글을 읽게 되었는데

솔직히 말해서 뭐가 그렇게 잘못되었다는 건지 모르겠다.

대중음악이랑 비슷해서?

사탄이 대중음악을 통해 사람들을 미혹한다는 이유로 컨템포러리 찬양이 비판을 받아야한다는 게 좀 그렇다.

 

애초에 대중음악이라는 거 자체의 기준도 모호하지 않나...

 

성경에 수록된 찬양들, 그밖에 우리가 많이 부르던 그 찬양들도

당시에는 대중음악일 수 있는 거 아닌가

1800년대의 베토벤의 클래식 곡을 가지고 1907년에 재탄생된

"기뻐하며 경배하세"의 원제목인 Joyful Joyful, we adore Thee로 검색하면

시스터액트2로 오만 나라의 오만 사람들이 믿음과 상관없이 이 찬양을 부르는데

이건 대중음악이 아닌가?

 

1700년대에 만들어진 찬송들은 그 당대의 대중음악이 아니라고 할 수 있나?

스코틀랜드 민요인 Auld Lang Syne을 개사한 찬송 "천부여 의지 없어서"는?

 

의견대로 사탄이 대중음악에 숨어 그 힘을 빌어 사람들을 미혹하려 할 수도 있다고 생각한다.

그렇지만 그 이유로 찬양들이 공격받을 이유가 되는걸까?

 

현대의 사람들은 여러가지 마음의 상처를 안고 살아간다.

 

Lauren Daigle의 You Say는 CCM이지만

믿지 않는 사람도 이 곡을 듣고 자살할 생각을 접었다든지

새로 살아갈 힘을 얻었다든지

마음의 위로가 되었다든지

여러가지 고백을 하는 걸 댓글들을 통해 볼 수 있다.

 

현대의 음악의 모습을 빌린 찬양들은 그 나름대로 현대의 사람들에게 다가가

그들의 마음을 만지고 믿음을 고취시키고

신앙의 고백을 이끌어낸다.

 

솔직히 말해

대중음악을 들으며 이별을 노래하고 사랑을 노래하는 것보다

대중음악 같은 찬양을 들으며 말씀을 노래하고 신앙의 고백을 하는 것이 "신앙적으로는" 더 이롭지 않나?

클럽에 가서 뛰노는 것보다

클럽같은 찬양집회 나가서 뛰노는게 "신앙적으로" 훨씬 이롭지 않나?
